Freenet is damned hard to put down, but it's very slow. Like going back to dial-up, except you can download like fifty things at once at those speeds.

Also, start kvetching at your ISP for being retarded. Lie through your teeth. Claim you were torrenting freeware games and Lunix and shit, and that they're just punching themselves in the dick.

Azureus has encryption to work around ISP's. (Azureus is the suck I know but I"m on linux and therer is utorrent)

if you use Azureus you can change the port at will. Also all your torrents will only use one port so it's more secure from a firewall standpoint.
